How We Started
Back in the Game was founded by two high school athletes who saw firsthand how many talented players around them were being left behind due to financial struggles, injuries, or lack of access to resources. It quickly became our mission to help athletes stay in the game mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Our Mission
Empower underserved and resilient youth athletes by spreading awareness for the importance of equal access to equipment, training, and recovery resources that will elevate athletic careers.

Why This Matters
"It is important for our community to recognize that mental health and emotional well-being are real challenges that deserve attention and care. I strongly believe that sports have the power to ground people, rebuild confidence, and guide them back to a place of strength both physically and mentally."
~ Founder Shawn Srinivas
Vision
Back in the Game envisions a world where all youth athletes have equal opportunity to pursue their goals in sports. We believe in a future where no young athlete is held back by lack of access, and where every teen has the chance to grow, compete, and thrive on and off the field.
